Not cleanly. Class 62.01 contains all three. The legal form (GmbH, UG, AG versus sole proprietorship) is the only filter that can be applied reliably; it separates by organisational form, not by business model.

We quote the size, contact coverage and price of your export on request.
This industry covers two divisions of section J “Information and communication”. Not included are telecommunications providers (division 61), publishers including publishers of standard software (58) and hardware manufacturers, which belong to manufacturing.
The classes of division 62 are broad. A freelance developer, a digital agency and a software house with several hundred employees can all be classified under 62.01.

In Germany, IT services require neither a licence nor membership of a professional chamber. There is therefore no official directory of the industry.
These 15 columns are included.
Programming language, platform used, vendor partnership or industry focus are not features of the classification. If you are looking for “SAP consultancies” or “Shopify agencies”, there is no code for them. The short description of activities from the website can give a hint; it is not a reliable filter.
After a change of name or registered office, the register entry is correct immediately, the website often only later. Where the two sources contradict each other, the data status date is what matters.
If a company is based in a shared office, a start-up centre or at the address of a business centre, several companies share one address. That is not an error in the list. For postal advertising, the company name in the address line is therefore essential.
We are a distributor of IT security solutions and are looking for IT system houses and IT service providers (62.02, 62.03, 62.09) in Baden-Württemberg and Hesse with a website and phone number as potential sales partners. We would like sole proprietorships to be shown separately.
Use cases

Questions
Not cleanly. Class 62.01 contains all three. The legal form (GmbH, UG, AG versus sole proprietorship) is the only filter that can be applied reliably; it separates by organisational form, not by business model.
There is no “start-up” field; the founding date is not a column in the planned export. A young company can only be included if the data status date is after its founding and it appears in the dataset’s sources.
No. Publishing it in the Impressum is a legal obligation, not consent to advertising. § 7(2) no. 2 UWG requires prior express consent for marketing emails, between businesses as well.
